The Yates Device

A system that is first of its kind. Designed to prevent & deter carjackers and save lives. 

In the event of a carjacking, vehicle occupants can initiate the device by simply tapping the activation switch located beneath the foot pedal. It immediately triggers a programmed preset time delay to allow for the perpetrator to drive a safe distance away. Once the timer has concluded, the carjacker will experience the following series of events:

ACTIVATION SWITCH: 

A button/switch located underneath the foot pedal allows rightful occupants to initiate activation of the device. 

DELAYED TIMER: 

A Programmable time delay that is preset until the device initiates. 

CAMERA: 

Camera starts recording once the activation switch is initiated. 

INTERIOR/EXTERIOR ALARM: 

Sirens placed in the vehicle’s interior and exterior to disorient the carjacker with a system capable of over 100+ decibels. 

LED LIGHTS: 

Four LED strobe lights under the vehicle displays intense flashing lights capable of 1000+ lumens. 

ALERTS/NOTIFICATIONS 

A notification system that verbally announces that the vehicle has been stolen and the occupant is in distress. 

DEACTIVATION/KEY FOB 

System is programmable for up to 120+ minutes. Each device comes with a key fob. You will set your own programmable relay passcode. 

INSTALLATION 

Scalable to integrate vehicles existing anti-theft or over air software and/or hardware systems. A closed loop uninterruptible system that does not interfere with vehicles manufacturer wiring harness. Does not tamper with your vehicle’s electrical system. Easy installation in 30 minutes.
